i only started recording my finding about lightbox since i want to show my gallery more detail. it's annoying for me to close the tab everytime i click on an image for preview, and i dont want to annoy anyone or myself by direct it to the website contains the image all the time. it was also because,... well...
so yeah, i completely forgot about my archive rot in my computer drive. now i rather want that file being an actual website where i will probably spent more of my time doing anything related to websites.
(i can only remember the basics like <title>, <h1>, <p>, and .. that's it. everything else is a blur)
- tryna show < without the annoying error message smh
apparently, you can't just copy the code and see it display on website without look into the code itself. it is semantic, so the websites sees it and and goes
"Huh, there's <, so there must be a tag. Wait, why is there a wall of text after <? That's invalid!
THIS IS AN ERROR!"
I don't want it to panic... and start annotating at me.
so I start digging and found out I have to replace < with <
thank goodness I can mass replace them very quickly (thx ctr + f).
as I learn more things, more terms start piling up the page, and it is getting too long to just scroll up and down searching for the term or even working on it. i wanted a feature where you can expand the tab for more details, but i don't even know what it's called. so I dig a little and...
yes, it is named after an instrument, simply because it behaves like one like wtf XD.
anyway at least i could try to implement this into my website-
Are. You. Kidding. Me. MORE JVS??! i havent even got to the light box javascripts and now this?
there has to be a simpler version of it. One that woudl work without css and jvs. I just need it to work right now, i'll worry about making it pretty later. thats a different beast of it's own fr.
as i learn more things, more terms start piling up the page, and it is getting too long to just scroll up and down searching for the term or even working on it. and i havent even got to learn more about accordion, I haven't even got to javascipt or even CSS TwT. so i try to look for an alterative that still works with html.
Exaclty what i'm looking for. time to implement it too ALL the terms TwT
took a few hours but it's perfect. barebone but still functional. I'd make a good use of it for a while.
- How do I "escape" the escape character? XD
as the title suggest, it's interesting to think about it while being stuck on showing < on the website. If < shows <, then what shows <...?
like all things, the internet has the answer as usual XD
finally got the font working correctly(everyone kept calling the damn font comic snas ToT)
still, i actually got it though. Gotta thanks Strawberry228, i love everything about that website, and the font make everything look so clean.
